PicPlots Terms Addendum

What PicPlots is

PicPlots is a collaborative photo wall organized as a finite grid of "plots." You can claim a plot, post photos to it, browse plots from other users, and trade plots through the in-app marketplace.

Eligibility — strict

• You must be 13+ to create an account. The first-launch age-gate locks out anyone younger.
• You must be 18+ to make any in-app purchase, including subscriptions and marketplace transactions.

Your photos — what you license to us

You keep ownership of every photo you upload. By posting a photo to a public plot, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and publicly display that photo, only as needed to show it on the PicPlots wall and marketplace and to operate the service. This is not a transfer of ownership. If you delete a photo or your account, this license ends, except for backups that take a reasonable time to roll off.

Plots — claims, not real-estate

A "plot" is a position on the PicPlots photo wall. A plot claim is a license to post on that position for as long as you hold it under our rules. It is not real estate, not a security, not a property right outside the app, and we may reclaim a plot if you violate these terms or stop maintaining the account.

Marketplace

You can list and buy plots through the in-app marketplace. All marketplace transactions go through Apple or Google in-app purchasing — not Stripe or any external payment route. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your sales. We may charge a platform fee, disclosed at checkout.

What you can't post on PicPlots

In addition to the prohibited-content list in the master terms:

• No nudity, no sexual content. PicPlots is rated 17+ but it is not an adult-content app.
• No graphic violence or shock content.
• No copyrighted photos that aren't yours and that you don't have a license to post.
• No personal information of others without their consent (no doxxing, no unconsented identifying photos of private individuals).

We use a six-reason in-app reporting flow plus a long-press menu on every photo. Reports are reviewed and acted on. Repeat offenders are removed.

Subscription terms

• The current paid product is the Photo Slot Monthly subscription (com.nirocorp.picplots.photoslot.monthly.v1), which unlocks additional photo slots per plot. Price, billing period, and any free trial are shown at checkout.
• The subscription auto-renews until you cancel.
• Cancel through the App Store or Google Play subscription management screen — not through us.

Account suspension and plot reclamation

If you violate these terms, we may suspend the account and reclaim any plots you hold. If you paid for a plot in the marketplace and we reclaim it for a violation, no refund is owed by us; refund disputes for marketplace purchases follow the App Store / Play Store refund process.
