DeNiro Card Privacy Addendum
This page lists the data the DeNiro Card game collects, on top of the master NIRO privacy policy. Read both together.

What DeNiro Card specifically collects
- Optional account data. An account is not required to play. If you choose to create one (to back up progress or compete on leaderboards), we collect an email or a Sign-in-with-Apple identifier and a self-chosen handle.
- In-app wallet balance. Your virtual coin balance, transactions inside the game economy (wins, losses, purchases of cosmetic items), and timestamps. This is virtual, in-game currency only - it has no real-world cash value and cannot be cashed out.
- Game stats. Hands played, wins, losses, deck choices, and similar gameplay telemetry, used for leaderboards and matchmaking balance.
- Payment data. If you make an in-app purchase (cosmetic items, coin packs), we receive a transaction ID and Apple/Google receipt. We never see your card number.
- Device and usage data. Standard server logs (IP, device model, OS version, app version, crash reports).
What DeNiro Card does not collect
- We do not collect location.
- We do not access camera, microphone, contacts, or photos.
- We do not run third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
- We do not require an account to play. Without an account, only on-device data exists; nothing is sent to our servers except crash reports and aggregate gameplay metrics.
Sharing
The DeNiro Card-specific processors are Apple and Google (in-app purchases and platform auth where used) and Supabase (account + leaderboard backend, only if you create an account). See the master policy for the full processor table.
Children
DeNiro Card is rated 17+ on the App Store and the equivalent on Google Play. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The game does not include real-money gambling - the in-game currency is a virtual cosmetic system.
Deletion
If you have an account, delete it from the in-app Settings screen or by emailing jesse@niroaerial.com from your registered address. If you play without an account, simply uninstalling the app deletes the local game data; we have nothing on our servers tied to you.
