DeNiro Card Terms Addendum

What DeNiro Card is

DeNiro Card is a card-style mobile game. Some game modes are single-player; others are multiplayer with a leaderboard. The game uses a virtual in-game currency ("coins") for cosmetic items and certain entry fees in the in-game economy.

Eligibility

• You must be 13+ to play.
• You must be 18+ to make any in-app purchase, including coin packs and cosmetic items.

Virtual currency - no cash value

Coins are a license, not money. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred outside the game, and are not refundable except as required by Apple, Google, or applicable law. We may add, remove, modify, or expire coins and items at any time. This is not gambling. No in-game outcome can be redeemed for real money.

In-app purchases

• All purchases go through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Coin packs and cosmetic items are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, unless explicitly described otherwise at checkout.
• Refunds follow Apple / Google policy. See the master terms.

Fair play

• No cheating. Don't use modified clients, bots, automation, or exploits.
• No collusion in multiplayer modes.
• No real-money trading of accounts, coins, or items outside the in-game economy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts and confiscate balances earned through cheating or rule violations.

Leaderboards and public play

If you play with an account, your handle, win/loss record, and ranking may appear on public leaderboards visible to other players. You can play without an account if you don't want this.
